The Morning Shake is the perfect way to start your day. I always prepare two serving for my daughter and I. Remember to make sure all of your ingredients are organic and gluten-free.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. of Coconut Milk.
- 12 oz. of Purified Water.
- 1 Handful of Kale (Baby or Regular).
- 1 Leaf of Rainbow Chard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Cup of Strawberries (You can mix and match your fruit).
- 1/2 Kiwi.
- 1 Cup of Blueberries.
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (Flax or Hemp seeds are also good but only choose one!).
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder (Raw).
- 1 Leaf of Basil or Mint.
- 1 tablespoon of Nut Butter (Peanut or Almond).
- 2 Scoops of Protein Powder

- Mix together in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
