Kale & Cashews Under Palm Salad
This salad is healthy, gluten-free, filling and tastes amazing! If you’re into the kale craze or you haven’t tried kale, try this salad and you won’t be disappointed. Voila!

Ingredients
- 2 bunches of any kind of kale(not baby) chopped
- Sweet onion large chopped
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1tbs red palm oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Himalayan salt(to taste)
- Garlic(adjust amount to your taste)

Procedure:
- Sauté onions till soft and translucent on medium heat
- Add chopped garlic and turmeric.
- Add chopped kale to the onions and let it wilt.
- Salt to taste.
- In the separate frying pan toss cashews with a heated palm oil for about 3 min,keep tossing to prevent burn.
- Empty cashews over kale and onions when ready.
