Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale stems removed
- (You don’t need to do it in case ,you are using baby kale)
- 1 1/2 avocados chopped
- 1/2 red onion small thinly sliced
- 1/2 persian cucumber thinly sliced
- red chilli sliced to taste
- coriander to taste

Ingredients For Dressing
- 1 avocado
- 6 teaspoons lemon juice
- 6 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- coriander to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish with:
flaked almondsred chili sliced(optional)
salt and pepper to taste.

Procedure:
- Kale wash and chop coarsely, place into mixing bowl
- Toss salt and pepper through kale and let sit for about 10 minutes
- Add chopped avocado, red onion, cucumber, red chilies, and cilantro, toss gently through salad
- Place all dressing ingredients (see above)into blender, blend on high speed for about 1 minute, Toss dressing through salad.
