Capery Tuna Bells

Enjoy your lunch or dinner with a Capery Tuna Bell. They are full of protein (10 grams of protein per serving – 20% of your daily recommended allowance) and full of nutrients!

  • Ingredients

    • 1 can (1/2 cup) wild albacore tuna (make sure can is BPA-free)
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon drained capers
    • 1 tablespoon pignoli (pine) nuts

  • Procedure:

    1. In a food processor (I use the large cup of the Magic Bullet), pureeˊ all ingredients until smoothe. Scrape sides of the bowl with a spatula between pulses.
    2. Use as a dip with a fresh vegetable of your choice (e.g. cucumbers, bell peppers, celery)
    3. Refrigerate up to two days for future use.
