
Enjoy your lunch or dinner with a Capery Tuna Bell. They are full of protein (10 grams of protein per serving – 20% of your daily recommended allowance) and full of nutrients!

Ingredients
- 1 can (1/2 cup) wild albacore tuna (make sure can is BPA-free)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon drained capers
- 1 tablespoon pignoli (pine) nuts

Procedure:
- In a food processor (I use the large cup of the Magic Bullet), pureeˊ all ingredients until smoothe. Scrape sides of the bowl with a spatula between pulses.
- Use as a dip with a fresh vegetable of your choice (e.g. cucumbers, bell peppers, celery)
- Refrigerate up to two days for future use.
